The H1 Tag [8-15 words]
Your title tag will ALWAYS start with your keyword phrase followed by related
terms and should have a word count of 5-15. Alternatively, you can simply copy
your title words into this field as well.

Naming your page is simple. All you need to do is name the page as your keyword
or keyword phrase [1-4 words] with dashes [-] seperating the words of the
phrase, followed by the extension .html.
